Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before deploying DrycleanersFlow at your dry cleaning atelier or retail network.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • check_circleBy registering an account, subscribing, or using DrycleanersFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • check_circleIf you represent a business or multi-store network, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
  • check_circleWe reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Use

  • check_circleStore owners must provide accurate, current, and complete details during checkout and onboarding.
  • check_circleYou are responsible for keeping your login credentials and staff access pins secure at all times.
  • check_circleAny unauthorized activities under your store account must be reported immediately to our support team.

3. Service Guidelines

  • check_circleDrycleanersFlow grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the cloud POS and logistics software.
  • check_circleYou may not reverse-engineer, exploit, or duplicate any parts of the code, telemetry features, or proprietary APIs.
  • check_circleViolation of guidelines, misuse of staff endpoints, or attempting database injection will result in immediate suspension.

4. Billing, Fees & Subscriptions

  • check_circleSubscription fees are billed automatically in advance based on your selected plan (monthly or annual).
  • check_circleAll regional pricing tiers and currency configurations are adjusted dynamically at checkout based on localized VAT and taxes.
  • check_circleSubscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Admin billing settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. POS Hardware Bundles

  • check_circleHardware bundle subscriptions include POS terminals and scanners shipped directly to your store location.
  • check_circleOwnership of the hardware remains with DrycleanersFlow during the subscription period unless purchased outright.
  • check_circleDamaged hardware due to operator neglect is subject to replacement fees. Defective hardware is replaced free of charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • check_circleThe service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime or database access.
  • check_circleWe are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from lost garment records, customer disputes, or delivery delays.
  • check_circleIn no event shall our total liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the prior twelve-month period.
